We took the Chapter 10 Test today. They are graded and on IC (unless you went to Hershey today). We will be starting to prepare grammar lessons on Monday and begin teaching them on Wednesday in groups of 3 or 4. This will help us get ready for our final exam on Wed, May 30.

We went over the last page of our workbooks today and turned them in. We worked on the worksheet called 10.2 Grammar Fill-in Sheet and prepared for Friday’s Chapter 10 Test. No other homework this evening.
We reviewed page 76 in the workbook, watched the grammar video on verbs followed by infinitives and then did some activities (39-41) on pages 248 and 249 in the textbook. Tonight’s homework is to do page 76 in the workbook. It’s the last page!!!

We reviewed page 74 in the workbook, watched gramavisión videos on informal commands and direct object pronouns, and we did activity 35 on page 246 of the textbook. Our homework is to do page 75 in the workbook and study for Friday’s Chapter 10 Test.
Today we learned about the spelling changes that are necessary with some informal negative commands. The worksheet is on the Moodle. Tonight’s homework is to do page 74 in the workbook. The Chapter 10 Test is on Friday.
Today students had the opportunity to present (read) their projects (vacations) to the class for an extra credit point. The Chapter 10 Test is on Friday.
We reviewed yesterday’s homework (Workbook, p. 73). We did activity 29 on page 243 in the textbook. Then we did a vocabulary game to get ready for tomorrow’s quiz. The 10.2 Crossword was also handed out for extra practice for the quiz, but it’s not homework. The homework is to study. The project is due on Thursday.
Today we worked on our vocabulary to prepare for Wednesday’s quiz. MS students did some activities with my and their flash cards to practice. HS students worked out of the textbook. Both classes did activity 27 on page 242 of the textbook. Homework for tonight is to do page 73 in the workbook.
I saw this at a mexican restaurant (Tortilla Flats) we ate at yesterday for el cinco de mayo. Thought I’d share it with you. :)
